Star

For at least a portion of its life, a star shines

And after it is exhausted, it stops shining and disappears

Even the prettiest thing in this universe has an expiry date
A star doesn't shine forever, but while it does, it makes the world happy
People look up to a star, and wish their dreams upon it

Little do we realize, we are also stars
Have we shined bright enough for the world to see
